The Berkshire Food Guild is a community of local food crafters with a mission to support and celebrate the regional foodshed. We partner with area farms to host seasonal feasts and workshops that explore food in the context of the field, the kitchen, and the table.  

A small group of us decided to start the Berkshire Food Guild for several reasons:
-We care passionately about supporting the local food community, and wanted another outlet to to that.
-We felt that there was no organization in the area specifically geared towards bringing the many talented food-crafters (butchers, chocaltiers, bakers, brewers, etc) in the region together.
-We wanted an outlet to share our knowledge, and our colleagues knowledge about food and farming with our community.
