1.       National Technical Assistance Coordinator – help coordinate national partners to provide technical assistance to emerging incubator farm projects reaching beginning farmers; coordinate a national network, organize an intensive “incubator farm school”, plan webinars, and develop resource website. 2.       Technical Assistance and Incubator Farm Coordinator – provide training and technical assistance to beginning farmers (teach our farm business planning and field training courses); and manage our three, 20-acre incubator farms (tractor/field prep, irrigation, greenhouses, etc.) leased by new farmers

3.       Multi-Farmer CSA and Low Income Food Access Coordinator – coordinate our multi-farmer (30+ farmers) CSA program (over 475 shareholders) and help expand area low-income communities to access our farmers’ fresh, healthy local foods
