Join herbalist, Pam Gould, as she talks about ways to strengthen your immune system to help ward off colds and flu during the fall season. The information discussed will include nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to build your natural immunity as well as specific plants that address colds and flu. We will talk about everyday, easy preventative strategies as well as learn about which plants to turn to in the event of a cold or flu.

NOVEMBER 21: Biodynamic Bee Keeping
Kyla Zaro-Moore and Curtis Gentry will be giving a workshop on the wonders of Biodynamic Bee Keeping. They will cover various bee related topics such as what equipment you need to house them, how to build a hive, how to manage a hive, and the general biology of bees. They hope to provide inspired bee keepers with resources and maybe even inspire some "New-Bees"!
