Greyrock Farm is a diversified, year-round, horse-powered CSA farm located in Central New York. We produce grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and chicken, seasonal vegetables and storage crops, eggs and raw milk. We are currently in the midst of our first season but have already developed a good position in the local market and have experienced a large demand for our products. We hope to continue to grow our customer base and to extend the diversity of our on-farm operations.
In order to help us grow we will hire 1 or 2 farmers with experience in livestock and/or vegetable management. Experience with draft horses is advantageous but not necessary. We are looking for someone who is strong, smart, and able to work with and efficiently manage others, and who is capable of handling the wide range of challenges that diversified farming inevitably presents.
