Eating Alabama
From April 2008 to April 2009 we ate only food grown or raised in the state of Alabama. We embarked on this gastronomical adventure to focus on sustainable farming and to make a case for a revitalization of our state's rural economy. We filmed the whole process, and now we're putting together a documentary. Here you'll find our musings about our year of local eating and all the things we've been up to since then.
