Coppicing
Learn about the ancient art and science of coppicing! This technique allows multiple uses: fuel, stakes, construction material from trees and woody shrubs. Workshop is outside, in the garden. Dress appropriately, bring gloves and your favorite pruning saw if you have them. (don't worry, we have extra) Workshop will be followed by BYO/potluck lunch. We'll also check out some rocket stove designs, the perfect place to burn your coppice!
