The 2012 Kneading Conference will bring together expert bakers and innovative entrepreneurs, backyard grain gardeners, a new generation of millers, and farmers, malters, inventors, and those who shall be identified by their love of earthy bread!  As always, our purpose is to encourage you to help restore your region’s grain farming.  This is a fun, challenging, and rewarding step in the direction of jumpstarting rural economies, preserving rural landscapes, supporting sustainable farms, ensuring the security of a staff-of-life staple, grains, and rebuilding the national health.  And while we’re at it, let’s find ways to support an artisan baker in every village, a reminder of the traditions and pleasures of the shared table.
