Thoughtful Food is a blog written by three young farm interns from a 10-acre organic farm in Penn Valley, California. Stephanie, Matt, and Leda all came to farming with a passion for fostering a local food community and a hunger to learn about small scale farming. By sharing their experiences over the course of the season, they hope to inspire people to really examine where the food that they are eating comes from and how it is produced.
