Community supported agriculture farm adds restaurant members
Two New Paltz restaurants — Karma Road and Mountain Brauhaus -— are community supported agriculture, or CSA, members of the Brook Farm Project, strengthening the ties between local restaurants and local agriculture.

Brook Farm Project is a 70-acre nonprofit CSA farm on the grounds of the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz.
The project continues to reach out to other local restaurants to expand the program.
