Montanye Ranch is a unique and diverse piece of property in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Surrounded by National and State Forests, our remote ranch is an ideal site for a wide range of uses including projects relating to: agriculture, environmental education, event hosting, forestry, and recreation. With just under 800 acres of diverse topography, soil types, microclimates, and varied weather exposure, there is no limit to this property’s potential.
We purchased the ranch to preserve this unique piece of land from development, to maintain its natural state, and to host a number of projects that align with our goals. As we contemplate the long term strategic plan for the property, we are currently exploring conservation easements, sustainable use plans, and other opportunities to take advantage of the property’s assets while maintaining our long term goal of preservation. We are focusing on organizations and institutions which value natural resources and education, and which have the ability to envision the possibilities for their mission and the people they serve.
