Dear Friends:
Thanks to our great vendors - and to your incredible support - New Amsterdam Market is evolving as Lower Manhattan's newest destination.  At last month's market, purveyors, farmers, producers, and distributors sold out of beets and brussel sprouts, shanks and sausages, kimchee and kombucha; we expect no less this month with so many great offerings on time for your Thanksgiving feast!
TURKEYS, STUFFING, AND ALL THE TRIMMINGS
Set an all-regional Thanksgiving Table with New Amsterdam Market.  You can pre-order a local  turkey for delivery to the market on the 22nd; buy oysters or sausages for stuffing, plan a seafood-based first course, find all the seasonal produce you need for side dishes, buy the makings for pies and pie-crusts (or order one pre-made); savor local wines and hard ciders; discover some direct-sourced coffees; and round the festivities with local honeys, mead, and sweets made with regional ingredients.  You'll find everything you need at the market!

COFFEE, PAST AND FUTURE
When you're done with your purchases, take a break at 3:00pm to taste some great roasts from Intelligentsia Coffee, while you learn about the past and future of the coffee trade in New York City, in a 19th century coffee merchant's storehouse that is now part of the South Street Seaport Museum.  Advance tickets are only $25 ($35 at the door), purchase now.

Bicycle valet parking will once again be provided by Bowery Lane Bicycles, whose beautiful vehicles are designed and manufactured by hand in New York City.
