Young Farmers Sprouting Up

Today the average age of farmers in New York is 56, according to the USDA. However, that number could be decreasing soon. Despite the graying of the American farmer, there's a growing interest sprouting up among thousands of younger folks locally and nationwide who want to cultivate an agrarian lifestyle and carry on this ancient profession.
