Zack Woods Herb Farm, a certified organic medicinal herb farm in Hyde Park, Vermont is currently seeking a seasonal Office Manager/Field Worker for the 2011 season and beyond. Hours average 30-40 per week Monday through Friday and will consist of approximately half of each day spent performing office tasks and half the day spent working with the field crew. Office tasks include packaging, shipping and receiving, customer service, inventory management and basic bookkeeping. Field work includes greenhouse work, planting, weeding, harvesting, and post harvest handling and processing. This job requires a good attitude, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a strong back, and an ability to be flexible and work well with others.  Candidates must also possess good basic computer skills.
