Surprise "Low Coal" screening in NYC!

Tell your friends, the newly released Low Coal will be screened in New York City on Monday, Nov. 15 at the Spectacle Theater. There will be two showings, 7 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.  Watch the trailer here. 
Where: Spectacle Theater, 124 S. 3rd St., at Bedford Ave., Brooklyn, New York

When: 11/15/10, 7:15 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Cost: $5 at the door 
"Told through the eyes of miners, activists, and families in the coalfields, Low Coal chronicles a year in the struggle for dignity and peace in the coalfields. Whether chaining themselves to mining equipment or working on the sites, nobody can stand on the sidelines when Low Coal comes to town. Low Coal makes the case that strong and resilient Appalachian communities are paying a heavy price for an economic reliance on coal mining."
