Quivira Coalition and the National Western Center have teamed up to expand Quivira’s New Agrarian Program (NAP) in Colorado, and are hiring a new, full-time position. The NAP Colorado manager, together with the rest of the NAP team, will be responsible for implementing this apprenticeship program in Colorado, as well as building and strengthening the regenerative agriculture community in the state.

The ideal NAP Colorado manager candidate is a people-oriented facilitator who has previously worked with ranchers and farmers, in experiential education and/or in working lands conservation. The ideal candidate works well collaboratively, understands the complex connections between social, economic, and ecological dimensions of agriculture, and is passionate about solving current food production and land stewardship challenges. 

This grant-funded position is based in Colorado, with flexibility around exact location as long as location is within reasonable driving distance of the National Western Center’s campus located in central Denver. Applications are being accepted through March 29, 2021!
