Quillisascut Farm is offering an Introduction to Small Acreage Sustainable Farming workshop April 25-29, in rural eastern Washington State. This is an intensive short course with lecture/ farm tours /hands on, truly an immersion in life on a small farm. It is designed for anyone who would like practical advice on selecting farmland, small livestock car, organic orcharding, honeybees and direct marketing. Participants will learn how to make four types of cheese and get a chance to work in the garden as we prepare for summer.
