What: A once a week late night restaurant with an A la carte menu of classic american food, sourced from local farms and purveyors. The menu includes Prime rib for two, Oysters rockefeller and Fish stew royale.
When: Every Thursday from 8pm to 2am
Who: A collaboration between Chris Kronner (formerly of Serpentine and Slow club) and Sam White of Chez Panisse and Open Restaurant. Specialty cocktails are made by Christa Manalo of Beretta.

Where: At Bruno's on mission between 19th and 20th, upstairs in the pussycat lounge.
