The Sterling College Farm Apprentice Program is an experiential, immersive learning and leadership opportunity for passionate, inspired, and enthusiastic individuals seeking to work on a diversified year-round teaching farm and live in a small close-knit college community beginning in July 2010.

Apprentices participate in all aspects of daily farm management, supervise Sterling College students in daily work responsibilities, work with faculty, help to maintain farm systems and infrastructure, plant, cultivate, harvest, and process produce for use in the College kitchen, work around draft animals, tractors, and in support of the Sterling farm, mission, and curriculum.
