Small organically minded (NOFA-NY Farmers' Pledge Farm) goat dairy in the Mid-Hudson Valley/Catskill region of New York seeks live in farm and creamery intern to start asap. Learn organic management of dairy goats, milking routine, cheesemaking and marketing on a working family farm. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs regularly, be keenly observant, and be able to follow detailed instructions. Compensation includes on farm housing in a shared one bedroom apartment in our home, a share of farm products, and a stipend.
