Established 50 acre organic farm SW of Chehalis WA, seeks Farm Manager to coordinate/facilitate planting, cultivating, irrigating, fertilizing, and monitoring wide variety of crops under direction of owners. Farm Manager is responsible for efficient and profitable production of crops.
Requires: min. 5 yrs. farming experience, experience on wide variety of equipment, ability to lead people and lift/carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly, mechanical knowledge, knowledge of plant pests and diseases. Knowledge of organic farming practices preferred.
Year-round with reduced winter hours January-March.
