longhouse writers revival

posted July 7, 2012

Modeled after the 18th century traveling “Chautauqua” (with a good dose of tent Revival excitement thrown in!), some terrific people are gathering to discuss Old Food Media, New Food Media and the False Divide. Brought to you by the lovely folks at Cook ‘n Scribble — an online community of food writers, bloggers and thinkers that offers virtual food writing workshops, podcasted lecture series and retreats.

Registration is limited to 50 people to keep the level of conversation intimate. The first is on Vashon Island on August 12th, the second is in upstate New York on September 15th. Registration opens July 9th: HERE for Vashon Island and HERE for Upstate NY.
